Poet Laureate Comes to Dale Lodge

Carol Ann Duffy, the highly acclaimed and newly appointed poet laureate is coming to Grasmere on Tuesday 2nd June for a reading of her work at St Oswald's church for The Wordsworth Trust. April Showers in May?

I hope I've got this figured out correct, but if it rained all summer last year and was hot and sunny in April and May, does that mean the deal this year is that if it keeps on raining for another 3 weeks or so we are in for a scorching hot summer?
